End user license agreement

1. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between OA6 Inc ("OA6", "we" or "us"), of 13580 Highway 5, Young America, MN 55937, and you, the person using OA6. You use OA6 on behalf of an organization that has accepted the OA6 terms of service ("your organization"). Those terms govern your organization's subscription, its fees and its data. Where this agreement and those terms differ, those terms win.

2. Your license

While your organization's subscription is in force and your organization lets you use OA6, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the OA6 extension in the browsers you use for your work, and to use OA6 for your organization's own administration. OA6 is licensed to you, not sold. We own OA6, including its software and the OA6 name and marks.

3. What you may not do

You will not:

• share your sign-in, or let anyone else use OA6 as you;
• use OA6 on a tenant or system you are not authorized to administer;
• try to get around the approval step, the subscription check or any other limit OA6 applies;
• copy, modify or reverse-engineer OA6, or remove its notices, except where the law allows it regardless of this agreement; or
• use OA6 to break the law, or the terms of Microsoft or any other provider whose service you use with it.

4. It works as you

Every lookup and every action you take in the OA6 extension and the OA6 dashboard uses your own sign-in, and Microsoft checks each one against your role. You are responsible for the changes you choose and approve through OA6, so read each approval card before you approve it. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete: check them before you act on them.

5. Updates

The OA6 extension is updated through your browser's extension store, and the dashboard and the Admin Portal change without an install. An update can add, change or remove features. OA6 checks that it is a released copy each time it starts, and a copy that has been modified does not run.

6. What OA6 records about you

OA6 records your name, your sign-in name, your OA6 role, when you last used OA6, and which version of this agreement you accepted or declined and when. Your organization's administrators see who uses OA6, and the record shows that you accepted this agreement. The privacy notice sets out what else we process and why.

7. When this license ends

This license ends when your organization's subscription ends, when your organization stops letting you use OA6, or if you breach this agreement. You can end it at any time by removing the extension and no longer signing in. When it ends, stop using OA6 and remove the extension. Sections 8 and 10 continue after it ends.

8. No warranty, and limits on liability

OA6 is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give you no warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we are not liable to you personally for any damages arising from your use of OA6. What we promise your organization, and the limits on both sides' liability, are in your organization's terms of service.

9. Changes to this agreement

If we change this agreement, we will update the date at the top. The next time you sign in to the OA6 dashboard, OA6 shows you the new version and asks you to accept or decline it. Until you accept it, OA6 is not available to you, and declining it has the same effect.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute about it will be heard in the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.
